This year’s meeting provides a forum for the presentation and discussion of managing comorbidity in patients with cardiovascular disease. Case studies will be presented to provide insights into dealing with these challenging situations. In addition we will discuss top tips for implementing quality improvement (QI) associated with each topic. We aim to bring together healthcare professionals and researchers with diverse backgrounds to facilitate the exchange of ideas and promote cross-disciplinary insights, and provide a platform to share innovations in treatment pathways.
