DESCRIPTION:The 6th Annual Conference of the PCCS took place virtually on the 28th and 29th September 2023. This year’s theme was ‘Prioritising Cardiovascular Healthcare in the NHS - Practical Implementation for Primary Care’. We were joined by an outstanding speaker faculty who presented on a multitude of topics such as CVD risk assessment, CVD prevention, lipid management, sex and the heart, CKD and CVD, Frailty and CVD and multidisciplinary care for people with heart failure. \n\nThe sessions from the conference will be available to view shortly on the PCCS CVD Academy. If you wish to view and are not a member of the PCCS, please do register for free. \n\n \n\nThis conference was developed by the PCCS.
