DESCRIPTION:The i2i Clinical Summit- unmissable for GP Clinical Pharmacists\n\nIt is very likely that you have GP clinical pharmacists in your team and you are hopefully seeing the value they can bring when they are trained, supported and empowered.  Even though it is hard to give them a day out of practice, there is one key event they should have in their calendars- the i2i Clinical Summit. The Clinical Summit is a clinically-focussed event bespoke for this role conducted by Soar Beyond, experts in clinical pharmacy.
