PCCS INNOVATION HUB
Innovation in primary care, shared.
The PCCS Innovation Hub brings that work together in one place. We showcase projects from across the country that are making a real difference, so good ideas can spread faster and teams can learn from each other instead of starting from scratch.
Your team may have just launched a new pathway. You may be looking for inspiration, or trying to solve a problem someone else has already cracked. Either way, the Hub is here for you.

Share your innovation
Are you doing something different? We want to hear about it.
If your team has developed a new approach to cardiovascular care, we'd love to feature it. Projects don't need to be large or finished to be worth sharing. Early results, small pilots and lessons from things that didn't go to plan are all valuable to colleagues facing the same problems.
Featured projects get national visibility across the PCCS community. They can also lead to chances to present at PCCS events and connect with others working on similar challenges.
