Exploring comorbidity in patients with cardiovascular disease 

This year’s meeting provided a forum for the presentation and discussion of managing comorbidity in patients with cardiovascular disease. Case studies were presented to provide insight into dealing with these challenging situations. In addition we discussed top tips for implementing quality improvement (QI) associated with each topic. We aimed to bring together healthcare professionals and researchers with diverse backgrounds to facilitate the exchange of ideas and promote cross-disciplinary insights, and provided a platform to share innovations in treatment pathways.
