We are LCW, the medical communications agency behind the PCCS.  We work in a collaborative partnership, bringing excellence, innovation and industry experience. We are proud to support the PCCS who represent the cardiovascular health needs of primary care.

The Team:

Helen Makris - PCCS Marketing & Communications Partner
Helen joined the LCW team back in 2019, with a background that stems from health and medical PR, and she has over ten years’ experience in Quality Assurance as a professionally-trained proofreader. 
Her role with us as Marketing & Partnerships Manager for the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society (PCCS) leads and drives all marketing initiatives for the society as well as leading on partnerships with other groups/organisations. 



Jade Prentice - PCCS Project Manager
Jade joined LCW in 2021 as Primary Care Cardiovascular Society (PCCS) Project Manager. She brings valuable experience having a background in medical education and events. Along with managing the annual PCCS conferences, Jade also manages the society’s other educational activities, including the CVD Academy, industry partnerships and webinars.



Sophie Voss - PCCS Project Executive
Sophie joined the LCW team towards the end of 2021 as Project Administrator, and is now one of our Project Executives. She supports the PCCS project manager with the logistics of virtual and live events including marketing and communications. With a background in hospitality management and some great management experience at a young age, Sophie brings great organisation and dedication to the LCW team.



Ruth Downing - Project Executive
Ruth has recently joined our team as a Project Executive. She has over 20 years of experience working in both charity and private sectors, specialising in project management, programme management and events. She has a background in retail, IT, fundraising and even mediation.



Annabelle Masham - Project Administrator
Annabelle joined LCW towards the end of 2022 as a Project Administrator. She studied International Event Management with Marketing at the University of Brighton where she took a placement year at a medical event agency in London. Before joining LCW Annabelle worked in medical events for over 2 years and brings a wealth of event knowledge to the team.
