Welcome to the Leaders in Lipids Programme
This programme has been designed to support the delivery of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) CHOL004 and to empower primary care to deliver excellence in low-density lipoprotein (LDL) reduction.
Through a series of webinars, podcasts, a primary care toolkit and a new lipid calculator we aim to give you the tools and support you need to implement a lipid service into your clinical practice.
