Leaders in Lipids | Primary Care Toolkit

This electronic resource provides a structured approach to successfully introduce an inclisiran (Leqvio) service into routine primary care, supporting lipid management in secondary prevention patients.

• It can be used independently, or as part of the Autumn 2025–March 2026 PCCS Leaders in Lipids Programme
• You may want to adopt and adapt the approach and content to suit the needs of the practice
• We would recommend a quality improvement approach, with an appointed clinical lead
