A shared vision for improving cardiovascular disease outcomes in England

The PCCS has recently taken part, with a group of leading organisations representing CVD and CVD-risk patients and
clinicians from primary and secondary care, to co-develop a paper setting out our shared vision and recommendations for policymakers to improve CVD outcomes in England.
